About Me

I'm originally from Austria, and have spent half of my life in the United States at this point. With a background in social and cultural anthropology, I've always been passionate about exploring diverse cultures and understanding the intricacies that make each one unique.

For the past 15 years, I've been immersed in the world of filmmaking, particularly within the art department. My journey has taken me from the early days in the set decoration department to my current role as a Production Designer. What I love most about my work is the opportunity to engage with space as a storytelling tool and the creative collaborations my position in the art department allows me to form within every project.

Noteworthy projects that I've had the privilege to collaborate on include the Sundance Film Festival projects "Stockholm Pennsylvania” (Dir. Nikole Beckwith) "Big Time Adolescence” (Dir. Jason Orley), "The Night House” (Dir. David Bruckner), as well as my involvement in two seasons of the gripping series "BMF" (Black Mafia Family) and the reboot of the classic cult hit "Hellraiser" (Dir. David Bruckner). My work has taken me all over the United States, to Cuba, Ecuador, Serbia, and England, providing me with a rich tapestry of cultural experiences and inspirations. I’ve recently completed filming the feature films “The Man in My Basement” (Dir. Nadia Latif) which shot in Cardif, Wales | UK and “Find Your Friends” (Dir. Izabel Pakzad), which we filmed in Joshua Tree & Los Angeles. CA.

I have a deep love for languages and speak German and English fluently. I'm also conversational in Spanish and was once conversational in French.

When I'm not working, you'll likely find me making travel plans, engaging with nature and cooking for friends while indulging in my favorite TV series and movies.
